On the evening of 30 October 2024, Shiu Pong College (SPC) of the University of Macau (UM) held its first high table dinner for the 2024/2025 academic year as part of its 10th anniversary celebrations.

The dinner was attended by UM Vice Rector Mok Kai Meng; representatives from the donor Hung Hin Shiu Charitable Foundation Limited—Billy Hung and his wife Simmy Hung, Henry Hung and his wife Margaret Hung, Elizabeth Hung Wong and her husband James Wong; Kenneth Leung, founding college master of SPC, and his wife Andrea Leung; and Tam Sik Chung, interim college master of SPC.

During the dinner, Founding College Master Kenneth Leung, along with alumni Rex Huang, Mandy Hung, and Zafrina Lai, delivered speeches. They recounted their memories of studying and working at SPC and shared their insights and experiences. The dinner was also attended by college affiliates, alumni, and over 250 SPC students.

SPC also held the opening ceremony of its 10th Anniversary Photo Exhibition on the same day. The exhibition featured 19 photo panels showcasing SPC’s development and memorable moments from various activities over the years, as well as the vitality of SPC students in their studies and college life. The exhibition vividly illustrates the growth and development of the college over the past decade.
