Moon Chun Memorial College (MCMC) of the University of Macau (UM) hosted a concert titled ‘MCMC Musicales: An Evening of Violin and Piano’ on 21 April 2024, featuring violinist Elizabeth Chang and pianist Sun Jiayan.

Chang is a professor of violin at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a faculty member of the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School, and a graduate of Harvard University. Sun is the Iva Dee Hiatt Visiting Artist in Piano at Smith College and holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the Juilliard School. Together, they performed sonatas by Ludwig van Beethoven and César Franck, showcasing their exceptional musicianship and the superb coordination they have developed through years of collaboration.
