In accordance to the collaboration protocol between BNU , University of Macau and University of Macau Development Foundation, the bank has donated MOP750,000 to the University of Macau Development Foundation (UMDF) for the continued support of University’s education system and long-term development.

To eternalize the donation, a cheque presentation ceremony was held on 15 May at BNU headquarters with the presence of Dr. Lam Kam Seng Peter, Chair of the University Council of UM , / Chair of the Trustees Committee of UMDF, Prof. Yonghua Song, Rector of UM / Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of UMDF, Prof. Michael King Man Hui, Vice Rector (Academic Affairs) /Interim Director, Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management of UM, Ms. Cindy Yuk Yee Lam, Director, Alumni and Development Office of UM, Mr. Sam Tou, BNU Executive Director, Ms. Vitória Santos, Head of BNU Marketing and Public Relations, Ms. Kate Leong, Head of BNU Large Corporate Division.

UM thanked BNU for the continued support to its development, and will continuously push for Macau’s local teaching and research work, as well as strengthening the cultivation and development of local talent and professionals.
