Valedictory Dinner on the occasion of the 10th Anniversary of MCMC was held on the evening of 27th April, 2023, Ms. Shirley Chan and Ms. Tammyl Kwok, MCMC’s Donor Representative, Dr. Chan Sui Kau (late), and Dr. Lam Kam Seng Peter, Chair of the University Council & Chair of the Trustees Committee of University of Macau Development Foundation were invited to the dinner. Before the dinner, MCM College Interim Master, Professor Kwok-cheung Cheung and the distinguished guests, college fellows and affiliates visited the Gallery for the college’s 10th anniversary photo exhibition.

A special greeting from Salzburg, Austria was conveyed via video sharing from former College Master, Prof. Kit Thompson, and Supernumerary Fellow, Dr. Patricia Thompson. This was followed by the keynote speech delivered by Ms. Shirley Chan, representative of the college donor, the late Dr. Chan Sui Kau.

At the dinner, the “College Blues” were presented by Vice-Rector Prof Mok Kai Meng and College Master Prof Kwok-cheung Cheung to college fellows, affiliates and students for sporting prowess, artistic excellence and distinctive contribution to MCMC. Special performances for the evening were prepared by the students, and senior graduands – Zephyr U & Olivia Gan took to the stage to reflect of some touching and memorable moments.
