A team of 32 student volunteers from the CKLC joined the coastal cleanup at Coloane on 13 October. Working hard for the entire afternoon, they collected about 59.4 kilograms of wastes, including a large quantity of plastic foams, bottles and slippers. The CKLC representative said that the activity helped raising students’ environmental awareness and encourage them to serve the local community.
