Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A. has made a donation of MOP 80 million to the University of Macau Development Foundation (UMDF), supporting the educational development of the University of Macau (UM) and its Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management (APAEM). The APAEM of the University of Macau regularly organizes international conferences and academic seminars on different topics, which promotes cooperation among many more business leaders, industry professionals and scholars. The APAEM also conducts in-depth research on various aspects, including many socio-economic issues, continually contributing to the development of Macau and the Asia-Pacific region, as well as supporting China’s Belt and Road Initiative and the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
